Change Management Consultant (Mid-Level)

You will play an important role in guiding different organizations through successful transformations. You will be a strategic partner, helping bridge the gap between SAP systems, business processes, and people, to achieve lasting business improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Become a Change Management Champion: You will be instrumental in building and shaping our Change Management Office (CMO) – a vital function within McCoy. 

• Drive Implementation Success: Partner with our technical team and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives. 

• Strategic Sparring Partner: Provide valuable guidance and insights to clients, helping them turn change initiatives into tangible business improvements. 

• Communication Champion: Support the development and delivery of clear and effective communication strategies for all stakeholders. 

• Training Expertise: Provide input and support the design and delivery of training programs to equip personnel with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in the new environment. 

• Change Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. 

• Continuous Learning: We invest in your growth! Training and development opportunities will equip you with the skills to become a top Change Management Consultant. 

• Hybrid Work Setup: Enjoy a flexible work arrangement with weekly onsite reporting and client visits as needed.

Who Are You?

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 

• Proactive and Confident: You take the initiative and are comfortable speaking in front of others. 

• Strong Communication Skills: You are articulate and can present yourself well, and have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 

• Collaboration and Influencing Skills: You thrive in collaborative environments. You work well with others and can effectively influence others. 

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential. 

• Change Maker: Prior experience leading or participating in change initiatives is a plus, but your passion for driving positive change is a must!
