SAP Managed Services Delivery Manager( MSDM )

SAP Managed Services Delivery Manager (MSDM) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of McCoy Managed Services to ensure they meet business needs, SLAs, and compliance requirements. The MSDM will work closely with internal stakeholders, Customer Success Managers ( CSM ), Client Success Management Team( CSM – Sales Team), SAP consultants, and customers to ensure seamless delivery, support, and optimization of any McCoy Managed Service engagements.

Proficient in both technical and business domains to deliver meaningful impact to our customers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between these areas, ensuring seamless communication and understanding to drive effective solutions and business results.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all Managed Services delivery matters.

• Ensure successful delivery of Managed Services engagements/projects.

• Monitor and manage SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics.

• Oversee incident, problem, change, and risk management.

• Coordinates with Business Group Leads, Business Unit Leads, CSM and Sales Team.

• Conduct regular service reviews and present performance metrics and improvement plans.

• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Support transition and knowledge transfer for Managed Service engagements.

• Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency in Managed Services.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8+ years of experience in SAP environments, with at least 3 years in a service delivery or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, modules (ECC, S/4HANA On-Premise, S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud, FICO, SD, MM, etc.), and ITIL processes.

• Experience managing SAP AMS (Application Management Services) / Managed Services( MS ) contracts and vendors.

• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and other support tools.

• ITIL certification is a plus.

• BASIS and Sercurity experience is desirable

• PMP or Prince2 certification is desirable.

• Strong understanding of SAP security architecture and authorization concepts, proficiency in role-based access control and segregation of duties (SoD).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.

• Flexible, easily adaptable to change, and effectively handle a very fast paced environment

• Experienced and has desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Ability to work and contributes to a team of diverse/multiple environment

• Experience with S/4HANA Public/Private cloud is a plus.

• Knowledge in Business Technology Platform is a plus.
